More information about this chakra: The 7th centre, the Crown or Sahasrara Chakra is the chakra that connects your energy body to spirit and is situated on the crown of your head.
When in balance this chakra is associated with spiritual connection, wisdom and knowledge. If blocked it can cause spiritual addiction, scepticism, limiting beliefs and materialism.
If you do experience a block in this chakra then you could visualise the colour Violet and imagine that this chakra is opening up like a lotus flower, inside the flower visualise a wheel spinning and becoming brighter and brighter violet, all dark areas within the flower are slowly taken over by the colour violet and you see it become more and more intense. When this is done imagine that the lotus flower petals slowly close up over the chakra and ask in your mind that this chakra be cleansed, closed and protected.
