Sit comfortably, in a place where you will not be disturbed.

Close your eyes and visualise a white ball of light above your head, The Crown chakra. This is the Christ Light, The Christ Healing. Feel this light as it flows through your crown chakra, cleansing it and each chakra in turn, Third eye, Throat, feel the love as the light enters, opens and cleanses the Heart chakra, and then on through the Solar plexus, Sacral and Base chakra. The energy continues to flow down until it reaches the soles of your feet, blending with the energies of Mother Earth.

You feel a complete connection with the Earth and the Universal God energies. LOVE. Allow this energy to flow in and around you, asking that you receive healing that is for your highest good and in accordance with Universal will. Bathe in this Healing Love.

Gradually you will feel the energy beginning to rise back up through your body. Visualise this as a Golden Light, closing and protecting each chakra in turn. Finally the energy reaches your Crown chakra where any negative energies are released and transmuted into Love and Light. Feel yourself coming gently back acknowledging the feelings of Love and Oneness with all things. Open your eyes.
